WheelX Smart Deposit Address Terms of Use and Risk Disclosure
Please read these Terms of Use and Risk Disclosure ("Agreement") carefully before using the WheelX Smart Deposit Address service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Service Description
WheelX provides a Smart Deposit Address service that enables users to deposit digital assets and access cross-chain swap and settlement functionality.
For each transaction, WheelX will provide a designated deposit address ("Deposit Address"), together with the supported blockchain network and asset information.
Users must transfer only the specified asset on the specified blockchain network to the designated Deposit Address.
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers, bridge protocols, liquidity networks, relayers, smart contracts, or other blockchain-based systems to process deposits and settlements.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Verification Obligation
Before initiating any transfer, you are solely responsible for verifying:
• The destination blockchain network;
• The supported token or asset;
• The Deposit Address provided by WheelX;
• The transfer amount and any applicable requirements.
2.2 Correct Asset and Network Usage
You must send only the asset and network explicitly displayed by WheelX for the relevant transaction. Any transfer that does not match the specified network, asset, or deposit requirements may not be recognized, processed, or recoverable.
2.3 User Error
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any losses arising from:
• Sending assets on an unsupported blockchain network;
• Sending an unsupported token or asset;
• Sending assets that differ from the asset specified by WheelX;
• Using an incorrect address;
• Using unsupported bridge, routing, or transfer mechanisms;
• Any other transfer initiated contrary to WheelX instructions.
3. Risk of Incorrect Deposits
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. If you deposit assets using an incorrect network, unsupported token, incorrect address, or any method inconsistent with WheelX instructions, your assets may:
• Fail to be detected;
• Fail to be processed;
• Become inaccessible;
• Be permanently lost.
WheelX does not guarantee that incorrectly deposited assets can be recovered.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure and Protocol Risks
The Service may utilize third-party protocols, networks, liquidity providers, relayers, bridge providers, smart contracts, or blockchain infrastructure. WheelX does not control the operation of such third-party systems and makes no representation or warranty regarding:
• Availability;
• Security;
• Performance;
• Transaction finality;
• Recovery of assets.
Users acknowledge that delays, failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, protocol exploits, validator failures, or other third-party issues may affect transaction outcomes.
5. Asset Recovery
In certain cases, WheelX may, at its sole discretion, attempt to assist with asset recovery. However:
• WheelX is under no obligation to provide recovery services;
• Recovery is not guaranteed;
• Recovery timelines cannot be guaranteed;
• Recovery may be technically impossible;
• WheelX may charge fees associated with recovery efforts.
Any recovery assistance provided by WheelX is offered on a best-effort basis only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WheelX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to:
• User error;
• Incorrect network selection;
• Incorrect asset selection;
• Incorrect address usage;
• Failure to follow WheelX instructions;
• Blockchain network failures;
• Bridge or relayer failures;
• Third-party infrastructure failures;
• Delayed, failed, or irreversible transactions;
• Vulnerabilities, exploits, or security failures in third-party smart contracts;
• Loss of digital assets resulting from user actions.
Without limiting the foregoing, WheelX shall bear no responsibility for any loss of funds resulting from deposits made using a network or asset different from those specified by WheelX.
7. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and accept that:
• Digital asset transactions involve significant risks;
• Cross-chain transactions involve additional technical and operational risks;
• Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible;
• Incorrect deposits may result in permanent loss of assets;
• WheelX cannot guarantee recovery of incorrectly transferred assets.
By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with digital asset transfers and cross-chain transactions.
8. Acknowledgement
By clicking "I Agree", checking an acceptance box, connecting a wallet, submitting a transaction, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that:
• You have read and understood this Agreement;
• You understand the risks described herein;
• You accept full responsibility for ensuring that transfers are made using the correct network, asset, and Deposit Address;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms.
9. Amendments
WheelX reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Agreement at any time. Any updated version will become effective upon publication through WheelX's website, application, or related services.
